What do I need to get going?
Well, you will have to avail us with some papers before we can let you have a PRO Account. The main reason behind doing this is that we like to assure ourselvses that we're giving out previlages to the right people. Not all PRO Account requests are approved because we follow a strict evaluation and validation procedure to confirm the credentials of the applicants.

Who can apply?
You must have the following abilities.

Above 25 years of age
Upto high school level of education
Knowledge of the Real Estate Industy and active involvement for at least 3 years.
Computing and more importantly Internet skills
Accessibility to Internet at any time required.

How to apply?
We do not accept web applications because you're required to attest photocopies of few papers along with a PRO User application. Please make sure your application packet has the following papers:

A completed application form (See example here)
Photocopy of citizenship of Nepal
Original Bank Receipt of deposited application fee
All certificates of Academic Qualifications (since SLC)
Papers certifying knowledge and skills regarding Real Estate Industry
List of all previous work experiences (even outsite the Real Estate Industry)

How long does it take to get a PRO Account?
Generally, we process and approve registration request in 7 working days. But it may take longer during exceptions and unforeseen circumstances.

Termination?
Termination of a PRO Account is at NepalRealtors.com discretion and may not be questioned at any time.

Refund
The application fee is non-refundable even if you choose to discontinue your account without using it for a single time.
